🚚 Processing & Shipping Times
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring accuracy.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after being placed. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Duration: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for your package is 2–10 business days for domestic orders.
- Total Delivery Time: Please allow 3–13 business days from the time you place your order for it to arrive.
- Note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high volume periods (like holidays), or unforeseen circumstances.

Carriers: We primarily use trusted carriers such as carriers, e.g., USPS, FedEx, Australia Post The specific carrier used will be determined by the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.
🌍 International Shipping
For international orders, shipping times may vary significantly and may take 10–30+ business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
🏠 Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be contacted, and a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package out again.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Sway is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
